It is our goal to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If we did not meet that goal, we offer an easy remake or refund promise to you within 60 days of receiving package.
For a remake or return, please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.
1. Remake
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, we would like to correct the problem.
Simply take a picture wearing the item to be remade and send it to us atsupport@modamia.comwithin 60 days of receiving package and let us know the problem. We will make corrections and your remade garment will be sent to you complimentary within 3 weeks.
2. Refund
If you prefer to return the item, email us atsupport@modamia.comwithin 60 days of receiving package and we will send a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund.
a.If you choose to receive your refund as a ModaMia store credit, we will add an extra 10% to your refund amount. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
